We like building homes - and it shows! Over the years, we have captured numerous awards both within and outside the construction industry. Within the home building industry, we have won awards for overall achievement, customer choice and satisfaction, interior and exterior design, sales and marketing, in addition to the prestigious Builder of the Year Award in 1994 and 1998 and Alberta's Builder of the Year in 1992 and 2008.

The Alberta New Home Warranty Program's Service Awards
The annual service awards are designed to acknowledge not only excellence in service, but also recognize those builders who have developed the systems and the discipline to achieve "Excellence in Customer Service" year after year on a consistent and sustainable basis.

CHBA - Calgary Region Bill Beatie Memorial Award
