That is why we do extensive market research in the form of customer surveys and focus groups. Through the continuous use of these surveys and groups we are able to come up with ways to improve upon our service and warranty programs.

Receive regular dream mail letters at different intervals throughout the building process and make sure you are aware of important service appointments and information regarding your new home. This information will be emailed to you regularly both before and after you take possession to ensure you are always informed about your building process. |

We have a team of home care coordinators and home care specialists working in unison to make sure your needs are being met. You may also log onto myhome and schedule service appointments with our customer service liaison. |

Creations by Shane Homes offers you our one-year comprehensive warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship from the date you occupy your new home. Some of the products we use to build your new home also have a manufacturer's warranty that extends beyond our warranty period. |
